Erika Muñoz
Impact Strategist & Facilitator

ABOUT ME
(She/Her | Ella | Elle)
I am an experienced researcher and community facilitator with a passion for working in the not-for-profit sector. I have over 7 years of experience working as a freelance consultant and over 10 years of experience as a facilitator, primarily in the not-for-profit domain, either as a volunteer or through paid employment.

My studies led me to program management in rural Peru, and extensive research, facilitation, evaluation, and leadership experience. I work in English, Spanish, and 'Franglais'.
I am fascinated by the unique and interconnected nature of individuals and cultures and strives to continuously learn from the world around me. I am committed to the principles of
anti-oppression and have focused a great part of my career working with youth, newcomers, and women.
On my free time, I enjoy reading historical fiction, painting, listening to podcasts, travel planning, and spending time with my husband.
I am values and impact driven. If you and your organization strive to make your community and the world a better place, I want to work with you! I invite you to read about my core values below.
